The 23rd meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors was successfully convened in conference room 1215 on April 11, 2016; the supervisors attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting deliberated and approved 26 motions, including the Motion on Adjustment of Private Equity Placement Program, the Board Work Report 2015, the President's Work Report 2015, the Preliminary Profit Distribution Plan 2015, the Report and Summary 2015, the Report on the first quarter of 2016, the Motion regarding the Establishment of An Investment Company, and the Motion regarding the Modification to the Articles of Association. The relevant conference resolution bulletins have been published in Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times, and cninfo website (www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 13, 2016. In the meantime, the 19th meeting of the fourth session of the board of supervisors and the meetings of relevant specialized committees under the fourth session of the board of directors were convened.
