On Mar.17th, the president Datong Xu received the team of Bingshan Hou who is the general director of Ji’nan Grain Bureau came from afar. And the Chief Wei Liu, Vice-chief Chao Ying and relevant personnel of division four accompanied in the reception. The president Datong Xu briefly introduced company’s background, technical strength, key projects and classic cases to the guests at the beginning, described general contracting model of the project in detail, and explained confusions and doubts to the general contracting mode. Advantages of the general contracting model of “clear responsibility, quality assurance, price secrecy and schedule control” impressed director Bingshan Hou deeply, and he showed approval to the general contracting mode, and expressed his willingness to research further for the possibility of adopting the general contracting mode in relevant projects. The next day, accompanied by president Xu, the team of director Bingshan Hou visited the general contracting project of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Ferrero site which was under construction. The on-site Manager Zili Huang introduced experience of the project, the management and control methods and ways of general contracting to the guests. The director Bingshan Hou was profuse in praise for the modern project management system, methodical on-site construction management and control during the visit.
